Jonathan S. Lycan, CPA, CGMA is an Assurance Services Senior Manager with decades of experience in internal control reviews (including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance), accounting, information technology, consulting services, and special project work in both industry and public accounting.

Mr. Lycan graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Banking, and obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. In addition, Mr. Lycan has received formal training in Total Quality Management, Six Sigma (Lean Manufacturing), ERP, and Microsoft Office.

Mr. Lycan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Mr. Lycan is an active alumnus with the University of Missouri - Columbia and Tiger Scholarship Fund member.
