James E. Cash, CPA, is a tax manager with twelve years of experience in taxation of businesses, not-for-profits, individuals, trusts and estates. Mr. Cash specializes in providing comprehensive tax solutions to closely-held businesses and their owners, including tax preparation and planning, tax audit representation, business formation and business exit strategies.

Mr. Cash has authored material in the field of taxation on behalf of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA) and the Missouri Restaurant Association (MRA), and has presented on the topic of exit planning for closely-held businesses.

Mr. Cash is a graduate of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and has also earned a Master of Accounting from University of Missouri - St. Louis. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA) and Missouri Restaurant Association (MRA), and serves on the MOCPA Taxation Committee.
